Pilates

Our focus in on the holistic approach to our health. Our being has a physical, emotional and mental component so we have to address all three.

Pilates je svoju metodu nazvao “Contrology”. Pri izvođenju pokreta osobito se pazi na disanje, kontrolu pokreta i tehniku.

 

Pilates aktivira sve mišićne skupine i naglašava se fluidnost pokreta, s osobitim naglaskom na jačanje i stabilizaciju „core-a“.
